Hi, I'm Amanda — a BSN-prepared Registered Nurse with over 9 years of nationwide experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, and more. I've worked across diverse healthcare systems from coast to coast, thriving under pressure and adapting quickly to new environments. My leadership as a charge nurse has included team coordination, physician collaboration, mentoring fellow nurses, and running support meetings to keep unit morale high.

I founded The Travel Nursing Academy to help nurses transition into travel roles with confidence. Through my Teachable course and 1:1 mentorship, I've helped nurses land high-paying contracts, find the best recruiters, negotiate smarter, and navigate housing.

Outside of nursing, I’m also a healthcare and self-care content creator — passionate about empowering women, sharing wellness strategies, and building community online.
